Experience with caring and educating ages in childcare from 6 months to 5 years old. Outside of childcare i have experience babysitting and being a nanny from ages 2 months to 10 years old.
Started childcare as a room assistant for the first year, assisting in any room it was needed in. Then spending two years as an assistant in the 0-2 room, then moving to the 2-3 room for a change where i took on the room leadership role for the past two years and loved every minute of it.
Over the past five years i have built relationships with children and families, I am able to communicate effectively with the families in regards to their children, from their daily routines, activities, deity and more.
Having worked at the same childcare centre for five years i have grown strong relationships with families, co-workers and children, being trusted to babysit and nanny families over the years. Working with children is my passion, providing a safe, loving, happy environment.
