Completed the development and rollout of a CD Planning Framework project as Neighbourhood Coordinator
Developed, and implemented several project management frameworks that support community development resilience and sustainability for Moreton Bay Families in response to community events with community attendances of more than 1000 participants per event

Supervise the Volunteer Coordinator with a growing database of more than 130 volunteers that support program and business operations across the service, currently developing the Volunteer framework with VC

The 3 actions that encompass the service delivery model in this role, the main one being Case Management, Brief Intervention for those not needing Case Management, and social activities, with elements of: Community Development, Community Engagement and stakeholder ship including; Moreton Bay Dementia Friendly Alliance, Redcliffe Police, Moreton Bay Elder Abuse Prevention Network, Senior specific resourcing and networks
Coordinate a team of 6 Volunteers that help to operate Senior Social activities and events hosted by the Older Persons Action Program
Some of the key supports that OPAP may provide are; navigating My Aged Care for Seniors, liaising with Centrelink and Allied Health partners, Housing and Homelessness issues, legal services and Elder Abuse resourcing, NDIS and DSP applications and appointments, advocacy and form filling support, referrals can be self or service sent, liaise with a number of services including ADAA, OPAN, PRADO, CADA, Public Trustee and Adult Guardian, Redcliffe ACT and Mental Health Social Workers, allied health providers, local GP’s and psychology services
Engage, network and maintain the local community at a private and public level to best support clients including Senior specific services and businesses
