Formally known as "Boutique Technologies" this smart building integration company is a nation wide company. As a result I have run and assisted construction projects in SA, VIC, NSW and QLDs in a site supervisor and project management position while living in South Australia and traveling 3-5 days a week.

This has given me a great opportunity to rapidly learn how to manage and work with a large variety of people and situations.

Through this role I have been able to learn and implement the following skills

• Trained new team members on site policies and procedures.
• Oversaw personnel safety and efforts at work site.
• Maintained records and logs of work performed and materials and equipment used.
• Resolved issues among team members to keep employees on task.

On departing Atmosphere Design I began Bright Spark Creations, a bespoke small scale furniture and outdoor design business in which I utilised my design and project management skills to deliver furniture and projects to a variety of clients during its duration.

I found this to be a highly rewarding and enjoyable challenge in which I was able to refine some of the following skills:

• Obtained approval of concepts by submitting drafts to clients.
• Developed and maintained comprehensive library of design assets for easy access and reuse.
• Used Adobe Creative Suite to edit images for use in marketing materials and website content.
• Analyzed feedback from customers and staff to refine design concepts.
• Utilized various software programs, creating 3D models of design concepts.

- The job roll began as a architectural design and drafting position which gave me the opportunity to spend time onsite. This resulted in a project management position running projects across 2 states in commercial, residential and the hospitality sectors.

The job allowed me to me to develop in the following areas:

• Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects.
• Monitored project performance to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments.
• Coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
• Achieved project deadlines by coordinating with contractors to manage performance.
