So I started off working here as a warehouse picker and unloading container, I had to unload containers the Boxes ranging from 5-110klg and some days in the heat, I would never complain about being tired or about it being too hard, with the delivery part i had to call customers and sort out many problems throughout the day and I was always on top of all the problems and made sure that everything was sorted out, I even got a reward from the company we where delivery for for my excellence of work. The boss of excelrExcelR8 Craig, had alot of trust in me as some of the freight we would carry in the back of the truck was worth thousands , and if damaged would be my fault but I always made sure that everything was strapped down and secure, this job at times was difficult with 60hour weeks but i really learnt alot and I feel like it prepares me for future jobs. I also am good with customer care as some times while talking with customers you do get the occasional that aren't happy but I alwasy made sure to keep my cool and make sure to de escalate the situation and make sure the customer was happy

• In this job I worked around the elderly and those in aged care so I learnt skills on how to deal and talk with older people and also as I am a cleaner I learnt the skill of cleaning to perfection and suitable standard. I have also been apart of their special occasions such as Christmas parties etc and during these we had to give out food and clean up and I would always get a compliment on how professional I stayed and made sure it was going smoothly. This job really taught me how older people in some occasions require that extra bit of help to understand what's happening which I always made sure they received so that they where satisfied.
