I recently relinquished my IT Officer role for the NHS in the UK, having been approved a working visa for Australia. ITIL certified IT professional, with an electronics background, known to be experienced, approachable, adaptable, enthusiastic, understanding, with an empathetic approach to customers, able to work to a high standard with attention to detail. Part of a national team supporting BAU to agreed SLA targets, Service Desk, on-site support and training at multiple locations and remote software and hardware support, cyber security, infrastructure support. Mobile Device Management, SCCM, Group Policy AD, Azure AD, PowerShell, PDQ Deploy, Hyper V, Meraki Wi-Fi management and support. Design planning and implementation of various projects across multiple sites. Supporting both Windows and Mac devices including fault diagnosis and repair on a wide variety of hardware. Previous experience as Network Manager responsible for managing and maintaining and improving the College Network Infrastructure and feeder Primary schools. Prior to this Supporting Schools and Colleges throughout Devon in the UK with AV and IT support after successfully running an electronics repair company for 8 years, with previous experience as Operations Manager for a Radio and Television Company.
