I supported a large number of Schools and Colleges over the County of Devon, carrying out effective IT and AV support, from small sites with only a few computers to large Colleges. Carrying out repairs, technical advice, hardware and software support over a wide range of platforms. Providing excellent customer service, I was responsible for a large increase of schools buying into the service we provided.
As a self employed electronics engineer I ran a successful small Electronics business with an excellent reputation this grew to support a wide customer base from individual customers to businesses and larger organisations, including The Royal Naval Hospital Plymouth.
At Plymouth TV repair service I served my apprenticeship worked and my way up from Field service Engineer to Operations Manager managing 25 staff, planning and delegating work schedules, dealt with Staff, customers and clients. I ran an efficient service company with a growing customer base, responsible for customer service, staff training and development.
