As a Surveillance Officer for Cardinia Shire Council's Development team, I conducted inspections of roads, crossovers, drainage, kerb and asphalt installations, ensuring adherence to Council standards and quality compliance practices. I performed hold point inspections, holding contractors and developers accountable for meeting council quality requirements. collaborating closely with development engineers, contributing to successful delivery of projects on time while marinating high standards of quality assurance.

In the 7 years i worked at Safety Barrier Solutions i worked my way up from a team member to a team leader delivering a wide range of civil construction and critical infrastructure projects. I lead teams of 4 to 12 people on a regular basis, solving problems and working with project managers and engineers in real time delivering projects and meeting goals safely, on time and within budget.

in my time as a labourer at ASA personnel i worked on a variety of workplaces and job sites across Melbourne and Victoria, developing the structure and work ethic that set me up for future roles requiring, teamwork, problem solving and communication skills.
