  • Provide critical condition monitoring reports.

Having developed a comprehensive understanding of the operations of the warehouse and demonstrated an ability to communicate that knowledge, I was given the opportunity to become the Production Foreperson. As foreperson, I was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the warehouse.


  • General foreperson duties including; opening and closing, maintaining warehouse organization, receiving and documenting incoming goods, updating stock levels.
  • Responsible for upkeep and basic maintenance of warehouse and equipment.
  • Enforcing of safety standards and protocols.
  • Responsible for providing extensive 1on1 training to new employees. lasting up to 3 months.
  • Provided first response to workplace incidents and ensuring accident reports were appropriately documented.
  • Conducted regular toolbox meetings.
  • Provide ideas and solutions to overcome common problems and increase efficiency. Including suggestions to redesigning formulas, reorganization of the warehouse, updating work order procedures.
  • Developed strategies to handle dangerous goods safer to eliminate as much risk as feasible.
  • Actively participated in hiring process by interviewing prospective employees.
  • Instrumental in the implementation of a transparent wage structure and review process. Including providing feedback to employees and performance reports to the Production Manager.


As of December 2022, due to absence of the Production Manager, I stood in as the Acting Production Manager.


  • Creation and Closing of Work Orders using workplace software (Accuterm).
  • Managing the prioritization of work orders including creating and using spreadsheets in excel.
  • Managing all day to day activities of production employees and ensuring all are working in a efficient and safe manner.

  • Communicating with other departments to provide updates and status reports on active orders.
  • Liaised with procurement officer about stock management and sourcing materials.
