- EREMA Plastic Recycling Equipment production which includes sorting of recycled raw materials on the conveyor belt, adjusting extruder and pelletizer speed on the interface, melt filter screen change, pelletizer blade change, pellets quality control, and bagging off pellets.
- POWDERKING Powder Mill production which includes starting up of the machine, quality control of the pellets in and powder out, bagging off and stacking of produced powders in 20kg/25kg bags up to 800kg/1000kg per pallet, cleaning down the machine for a job change, and shutting down the machine.
- JOHNS extruder production which includes feeding raw materials into the MAGUIRE gravimetric feeder, setting the MAGUIRE according to required % of each raw material per feed, adjusting the extruder and pelletizer rpm of the JOHNS, pellets quality control, bagging off pellets, and shutting down the machine.
- MASTERBATCH production which includes pre-weighing pigments and other raw ingredients, mixing of the ingredients, feeding the ingredients in the extruder, adjusting extruder rpm, pellets quality control, bagging off pellets, cleaning down the machine and extruder screw, and shutting down the machine.
- Shredder production which includes starting up the machine, sorting out metals and other unwanted materials, loading the conveyor belt, bagging off shredded products, cleaning down the machine for a job change, and shutting down the machine.
- Warehousing which includes loading and unloading of containers during pickup/deliveries using forklift and allocating racks for finished goods.
- Perform MFI test for finished PP, LDPE, HDPE, and ABS products from the EREMA.
- Perform sieve analysis test, dry flow test, and melt test on finished powders from the POWDERKING.
