For three years I worked as the manager of Anytime Fitness Victor Harbor, learning the ropes quite quickly I had more time to work on the club culture and within three years I had doubled the membership base from 400 members to 825 members. During my time there I was recruited to take on chief operational officer role for a Pet friendly holiday rental company. I have been working there for three months and been offered the CEO role at the end of this year. This has resulted in me wanting to seek out further education that will help me excel at this role which brings me to applying for the advanced diploma in business.
