I my current role as National Technical Lead I am responsible for all technical enquiries,product improvement, design optimization and oversee manufacturing & dispatch scheduling and provide technical advise post sale.

  • Resolved product issue through consumer testing and feedback.
  • Simplified the Rural and Industrial sales process for custom structures at EasyShed by introducing automation to freight calculation and supplier selection.
  • When I started at EasyShed Rural and Industrial as a Sales Consultant we had annual sales of around 600k. I grew the sales to 2 million over 18 months before transitioning to a Sales Lead role. In this role I have trained sales staff, operation staff and drafts people on the sales process, ordering procedures, dispatch procedures and software training. Sales are now approaching 7 million dollars annually and is projected to become the main product for the business over the next 2 years.
  • Provided product support and product training to large customers including Bunnings Australia, through webinars and one on one training.
  • Implemented a new product design and quoting program for EasyShed Rural and Industrial, to produce a superior product cheaper with less missing parts and more information for customers installation.
