- Use of liquid nitrogen to shrink shaft and heat on bearing and gears for assembly
- Removal of bull gear from drum on site when going through critical lift plan was noticed by my self we did not have correct procedure in place for removal this problem was rectified by myself and 2 engineers as it was an on going issue
- Bull gear was removed safely using dual lifts with 23 t gantry crane and 32t gantry crane bull gear weight 34t
- Using 250t crawler for transfer on bull gear off gantry crane
