Summary
With 25+ years in the hospitality I have been lucky to work in almost every aspect of the business. This is summed up in my last few roles, especially for Soho House where I would touch everything. Design, build, the food and drinks, operational needs and guest experiences through to recruitment and training. Then on to the opening set up, parties and onwards, ensuring the venues standards and service so we could create a successful business.

We were restoring and developing a 500 year old grade 1 listed property set in 130 acres of English Heritage countryside, into a world leading hospitality venue sleeping 120+ guests.
I managed design, build, planning, English Heritage and scheduling for the development.
Managed all events held on the estate. Some up to 800+ guests.
Developed and initiated projects, managed costs, and monitored performance.

I was involved in all aspects of leading a fast growing global club, restaurant and hotel group. Starting from their early years I worked in almost all fields until I reached the General Manager position, in this position I started building my own teams.
After looking after 4 of the largest clubs in the UK as General Manager the company saw tremendous growth, allowing me to move on to become the Director of Operations for all 14 UK restaurants.
My next and probably biggest step was as Director for the opening of SOHO FARMHOUSE in the Cotswolds, a 100 acre groundbreaking resort in the beautiful English countryside. It was here that I was voted in the UK top 50 most influential movers and shakers by GQ magazine in 2016
After 3 years I moved into special projects, again as Director, involved in all aspects of the new openings including Brooklyn - Mumbai - Hong Kong - Barcelona - Amsterdam and the relaunch of Istanbul.
Alongside this growth I was also lucky enough to run most of the big parties including the early Cannes Film Festival 2 week pop up club, I started the House Festival that over 11 years grew from 3,000 to 13,000 members and guests alongside running the official universal BRITS in London and Oscar after parties in Los Angeles.
