To grow the business by setting training standards in delivery and presentation. Source a "shell" RTO for purchase and build the scope of work to meet industry needs.

A new standard for all training packages has been developed through consultation with all Comlek stakeholders. We are working through all current packages to get them to the same standard.

New trainers are now required to sit on training sessions before delivering a training package. This is to standardise training presentation and improve the quality of delivery.

• Maintain the ISO standards off "The Real Group" across 13 businesses. This called for auditing, monitoring, maintaining, reviewing and communicating on current systems.

Deliver training to Mining sites across the Bowen Basin. Review and develop new training packages. Mark online assessments and discuss variances with the student via phone.

Manage an OEM workshop to deliver on time on budget overhauled equipment. Carry onsite quotes for equipment overhauls.

Maintain the Safety standards for the workshop by carrying out audits and communicating with the workforce daily.

This is my proudest achievement of my work career. I was employed to assist with running a Diesel Workshop for underground mobile equipment and surface light vehicles. This soon changed as people saw my passion for Continuous Improvement. I was given the go ahead to introduce "Lean Methodologies" to the workshop. This lead to collaborative change and a workforce that strived for excellence everyday.
