At She Sells I was responsible for maintaining my own piepline of all the inbound leads that would come through that I had to to then contact for a triage call to see if they were a good fit for booked on the sales closers calendar
I maintained a 50% lead to booking rate, 70% show rate for leads booked and a 40% close rate on leads won.
At 3PM, I was working in the sales team, contacting inbound (warm leads) and outbound (colder leads) leads via phone and booking them into triage calls with myself, which I then set on the senior closer's calendar to close.
I was setting around 10-12 bookings per week, with a 70% show rate for my bookings. ive been crushing it in this job but looking for something thats more aligned to me and my values.
Working on this offer of high ticket business coaching programs for personal trainers was a great experience being at the forefront of a business in charge of calling leads and booking them in through the CRM whilst also managing the DM's on social media at the same time.
I managed 10-15 bookings per week and my show rate was between 70-80%. I had extensive sales/appointment setting training internally and externally during my time here and learned alot about the psychology behind sales and how to really get all the deep information I need in order to make a sale happen.
