• Accurate and timely electronic documentation on patient files.
• Daily schedule 4 and 8 drug accountability, checking and recording of fridge temperatures to ensure cold chain compliance, restocking of supplies, preparing rooms and sterilising of instruments.

• Obtaining clinical information during handover, assessing workload, prioritising tasks, and developing a shift planner to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Conducting primary and secondary assessments, analysing data, and acting or escalating within a timely manner.
