My current job as a receptionist allows me to develop my communication skills as one of the most important skills to have is answering the phone. Working as a receptionist has allowed me to improve on my multitasking skills when the clinic is busy e.g when the phones are ringing and a client also needs assistance.

Throughout my schooling at Sacre Coeur, a program called Notre Monde that was completed in year 9 (2019) allowed students to participate in community service work. I choose to complete my work at a kindergarten as I felt that it would give me the opportunity to expand life skills such as patience, creativity, communication skills and team work. From this experience I enjoyed helping the children with activities such as colouring and reading.
