Nicolas COPIN

Actually specialised in Plastic, Oncologic and Urologic surgery. I also had the opportunity to train and work in Vascular, Oral and Maxillofacial, Otolaryngology and finally general surgery.

I have been able to work as an operating aid for all these speciality.

All those experiences taught me how to be organized, to work independently and collaboratively, to learn and adapt myself quickly to new situations.

• First year : Trained in Aged Care and Psychiatric service.
• Second year : Trained in Palliative Care, Neurologic, Psychiatric and Aged Care service.
• Third year : Trained in Private Pursing, Oncologic and Correctional Service.

These 3 years in training allowed me to learn the basics of this job, to communicate with the patients, to remain calm in stressful situation and sustained focus on my work.

This experience as a nursing assistant teach me how to :

• Answered call lights and supported patient comfort and safety by adjusting bed rails and equipments. Helped patients effectively as well as being an emotional support for them.
