
Originally from Burgundy in France, I have been raised around the love of wine and good food. I moved to Perth in 2013 and since then I have been working uninterruptedly in hospitality. I have managed busy kitchens and owned my own business.
I have recently decided to sell the business as I felt it wasn't suited to me and I am now looking for the next step in my career. I have a very strong worth ethic and am happy to work either casually or full time.
