i started working at Childs world in 2017, i was a float staff member for roughly 6 months, i then became an assistant educator in the Nursery for 10 months. i then went into toddlers for 14 months and gained a lot of paper work experience from the lead educator at the time. i then went back into the nursery and have been in there ever since. being in the Nursery you really need to work as a team, be quick to act on different things and be great at at communicating with families.
