• Coordination and facilitation of the recruitment process through the maintenance of excellent written and in-person relationships with hiring managers, internal talent acquisition team, and recruitment agencies
• Facilitate the efficient and effective onboarding of new internal, contract, and consultant resources including completion and progression of all relevant forms and approvals, and that system accesses and other logistics are in place to ensure new starters can hit the ground running
• Ensure leavers are offboarded in a timely manner in line with corporate policies and processes
• Maintain accurate, current and consistent resourcing and recruitment information, including financial files and records, data sheets, organisational charts, process maps, HR system data, seating plans, distribution lists, purchase requisitions, the co-ordination of resource management reviews and renewals in relation to project requirement
• Produce and distribute regular reports to the Digital & Information Services Leadership Team to communicate resource-related performance, trends, risks and/or issues
• Proactively provide insights gained from the resource data, to allow leaders to optimise the use of agency resources and manage costs (eg renewals, tenure discounts)
• Identify and contribute to continual improvement activities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing process
• Maintain seating data for Information Services and provide recommendations on optimisation to meet on going demand in a cost-effective manner. Engage with Property Management function when required
