  • Responsible for the business-wide Network Programming and Planning division, which aligns the client product offerings from all categories that involves editorial and commercial agendas (Revenue requirement $60M). This also extents to the responsibility of News Corp's single product catalogue and the product prioritisation and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Monitored financial performance, set budgets and controlled expenses to provide financial stability and long-term organizational growth for product related initiatives.
  • Subject matter expert on marketing, communications, commercial sponsorships and negotiation to support business partnership developments.
