• Assists clients for Rehabilitative & Habilitative treatment/provides support to attend therapeutic & offending programs
• Implement treatment and rehabilitation programs developed by clinical services staff to address specific offending behavior's.
• Client assessments including risk assessments and venue risk assessments.
• Individualized plans including complex health support plans, medication support plans and individual development plans.
• Support clients to limited community treatment opportunities.
• Implement transition plans from the secure facility back to the community.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and undertake administrative tasks and data collection as required.
• Ensure the safety of clients, staff and visitors and the facility's security including observations and searches, duress response duties and participate in managing challenging and aggressive behavior.
• Adhere to legislation, policies, procedures and practices and work within the legislative framework that governs the forensic disability service.
• Administrate medication in accordance with the directions prescribed by a suitably qualified medical practitioner.
• Effectively responding to and supporting clients to develop positive alternatives to engaging in offending behavior and/or behaviors of harm.
• Support clients with cultural requirements (example: Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander)

• Assist people with mental health, intellectual disability aged 18 years and over to help manage their daily lives and live independently in the community.

• Offer support to police officers by conducting a range of voluntary tasks that complement the responsibilities of Queensland Police Service members.
• Providing support to and assisting victims of crime
• Consulting with community groups and participating in community-based activities.
• Conduct home security assessments and property identification, Managing key holders index for businesses.
• Participating in crime prevention initiatives - assisting police with customer service Assisting with school-based crime prevention projects
• Support Police Officers reduce crime and enhance community safety.

• Provide assistance in the indoor activities room and personal pampering to enhance residents' self-esteem and confidence.
