• Managing a multidisciplinary team which provides legal, advocacy and support services to people experiencing multiple legal and non legal issues in the Northern Rivers Region of Northern NSW
• The centre operates a generalist Legal Service, Tenants Advice and Advocacy Service and a Women's Domestic Violence and Court Advocacy Service, Disaster Recovery and Response team
• The work I do at The Centre is guided by a Community Development Framework and underpinned by a Feminist Framework
• Northern Rivers Women's Domestic Violence and Court Advocacy Service

Co-chairing a Safety Action Meeting with NSW Police to facilitate a coordinated approach to reduce the risk of serious harm of women and children experiencing domestic or family violence. Safety Action Meetings are part of the NSW State Governments Safer Pathways initiative.

• Focused on developing internal capability initiatives to build the organisations capacity in ensuring its services were culturally safe and staff culturally proficient.

• National oversight on developing and implementing organisational priorities and strategic objectives in relation to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce engagement
• Lead role in developing and delivering internal cultural capability initiatives to ensure programs and services best served the diverse client base of the organisation
• Awarded the AHRI (Australian Human Resources Institute) Indigenous Employment Award 2014.
