When I commenced work at Golden Grove Drakes in 2007 my manager immediately noticed my ability to easily adapt to different situations & environments. This involved me taking on extra duties other than that of a regular Deli Assistant. I focused on the task at hand & always got the job done. My Deli Manager then recommended that I undertake Certificate 3 in Retail Supervision, which I completed in 2008. Since then I have continued to be a role model & a leader to all of my other peers. In 2012 I undertook extra study to further my position in the company and shortly after my commencement of Certificate 4 in Retail Supervision I was promoted to Clovercrest Drakes as a Service Deli Assistant Manager, where I continued my study and completed Certificate 4 later on that year.
In 2010 I took on my position at Hissey Electrical whilst still maintaining my current job at Drakes. By being a part of the Hissey Electrical team, I was able to apply my current abilities & enthusiasm to an office environment. This helped me to develop many more skills & abilities.
In 2016 I started working at The Adelaide Oval in the cooperate Hospilality area. Within a short time of managing a few smaller cooperate boxes for events such as football, cricket & concerts It was apparent that my customer service skills, time management & ability to easily adapt to my environment had me moved to the most important cooperate box at the oval. I managed the Adelaide Oval Stadium Management cooperate box for over a year before i resigned in May 2018 to work more at Drakes & focus on my family.
I currently working part time at Sailsbury North Drakes in the service deli. I also help cook & manage the kitchen prep area& also managing & running my own small business called Sweetly Done where i hand pipe biscuits & cakes for birthdays, weddinga & cooperate events.
