  • Edmund Rice Community and Refugee Services - One year spent tutoring and teaching primary school children from refugee backgrounds; as well as hosting events for the children such as movie nights, talent shows, sports activities, and craft activities.
  • BUPA Aged Care Facility - Half a year spent assisting residents with Huntington's disease and Dementia, thus developing a commitment to service, social justice, and community involvement.
  • Melbourne Immigration Transit Accommodation - Regular visits to asylum seekers on an ongoing basis in my personal life and with my school, which has allowed me to be able to build and sustain positive relationships that have also empowered me to take action on issues that I am passionate about, most particularly the plight of refugees in offshore detention centres.
  • Cambodia Volunteer Immersion - Built houses and schools for those living in debilitating poverty, whilst providing essential medicines, foods and necessities.
  • Coach of basketball team, soccer team and netball team strengthened my communication skills and my ability to be cooperative, reliable and motivating.
