• Liaise with all departments re problem solving.
• Involvement of department decision making in regards to staffing and Collection Centre set up.
• Handle inquires from internal and external clients.

• Supervision of the collection staff in all aspects of pathology collection.
• Hands on pathology work such as venepuncture, arterial blood collection, electrocardiographs, autologous blood collection and basic nursing duties.
• Liaising with hospital laboratory staff as well as hospital medical and nursing staff.

• Worked in aged care, working in different departments, these include dementia ward, palliative care and general.
• Worked in general medical and orthopedic ward.
