Love fishing

I enjoy fishing, helps me to patiently access/recess situations, challenges.

I also like jigsaw puzzles, i tend to concentrate and focus on detailed problem solving strategies, formulating solutions.

I listen to instrumental music, on the down time,  listening to instrumental music grounds me, helps rest the mind, allows the physical relaxation.

Travelling gives me the understanding, knowledge and an holistic approach of care to communities, family dynamics, social barriers individuals face, in their lifestyles and communities.
