Summary

I would like to apply for the advertised position, I have been a support worker for 16 years, most of which is spent working in supported accommodation. I am more than ready for a change in my career and would like to work with people in another capacity as it has started to take a toll on me physically.

I have always lived in Melbourne, (mostly the Eastern suburbs)with the exception of Shepparton for six years, where 2 of my 3 children were born.

I have been a professional support worker skilled in delivering high-quality care and assistance to individuals with disabilities. Proven ability to create positive and inclusive environment that fosters client independence and well-being. Strong team collaborator with focus on achieving results and adapting to changing needs, while displaying empathy and patience.

I would really appreciate the chance to gain more experience as i need to be back working with community, its where i have always wanted to be, helping families in need to improve quality of life.
