I am managing the month end process & communicated with lab heads and day to day operation work.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month end close process including prepayments, accruals and reconciliation for General Ledger and Balance sheet

  • Reconciling P&L accounts for 3 companies (average 30 to 40 P&L accounts for each company) each month.
  • Preparing monthly venue profit and loss statements, including identifying and explaining cause for favourable and unfavourable variances to budget
  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing monthly prepayments, accruals & depreciation journals.
