I was part of the implementation of the project "Purchasing Hub – Repsol Convenience Store Format." This business model originates from Spain and is currently unique in South America. Through a systemic flow (APIs), three companies (Supermarket, Logistics Operator, and Convenience Stores) are interconnected to supply more than 80 convenience stores.

• Plan replenishment of merchandise to convenience stores, analyzing sales levels, inventories, and demand.
• Supply merchandise to convenience stores through Automatic Replenishment System (ASR).
• Manage, determine, and control inventory levels at distribution centres and convenience stores. Achieving 5% reduction in wastage percentage.
• Prepare logistic KPI reports such as Fill Rate and coverage at distribution centres.

• Perform operations related to replenishment of fast-moving consumer goods (Calculation of replenishment and issuance of purchase orders for regular, promotional, or commercial agreement sales).
• Prepare tracking reports to facilitate better management of store replenishment.
• Provide support in maintenance and configurations of automatic replenishment system.
• Participate in collaborative meetings with key suppliers to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare logistic KPI reports such as Fill Rate.

• Development of baseline code portfolio and launches (Current Stock, In-Transit Stock, Sales Progress)
• Preparation and presentation of reports on main logistics KPIs.
• Analysis of databases for Forecast development.
