In this role I am public facing- - I answer online Facebook Community and forum posts across all platforms - ensuring the connection and community engagement is active and alive- meeting targets at all times- coaching clients through their 12 week journey - creating nutrition plans to targeted macros - Create and run Facebook Live videos and q&a for the community -Write and produce articles, videos, training materials and the Challenge Weekly Podcasts (see Spotify) from end-to-end. Reels, Captions and TikTok content- I create the concept and produce and edit the videos - Sales of supplements within the Challenge and as a brand ambassador - KPIs incentives and bonuses -Engage with stakeholders globally around the Challenge -Write and schedule EDM -Develop marketing ideas and strategies to ensure the brand stays relevant -App development- transitioning the entire modality of delivery to App-based - troubleshooting and discovery and branding optimisation for the a global market Prior to this I ran my own small business 2000watts Cycle Studio from end to end operations including Business Development & Sales- taking it online during the pandemic. I’m also experienced at Social Media, Marketing, sales, management, writing, editing and communications as that’s where I began my career years ago before heading into the fitness field for hands-on experience with end to end customer service. I have extensive experience in the fitness industry at coaching women (and men) at ground level up and have spent a lot of time living and breathing fitness. Head Coach/BDM MChallenge Online

  • I currently work as the Head online Challenge coach with Maxine’s /Max challenge where I represent the brand- I coach men and women online through the challenge, I write and edit articles, create training programs
  • Marketing material, create social media content and write and deliver weekly podcasts as well as being the face of the brand

  • The current role is remote, autonomous and I am very much on call as the Female Coach
  • I represent the brand on many levels- including writing the website and construction of the new App and branding
