Roles & Responsibilities:

• Creation of epics & user stories and testing estimation using Scrum & Kanban board for upcoming release planning as integrated part of Agile team.
• Responsible to ensure the quality of application during Application testing life cycle STLC & SDLC
• Setting up test users and managing QA Sandbox environments
• Responsible to Create the Test scenarios and Test cases basis on the Acceptance criteria or business requirements
• Responsible to perform System Testing and System Integration with End-to-End Regression testing
• Responsible to help business with UAT (User Acceptance testing) for production release.
• Responsible to do Staging & PVT (Production verification testing) on production Release Day
• Responsible to provide Monthly & Weekly test summary reports using JIRA Dashboards
• Responsible to arrange defect triage meeting with Tech leads, Product owners, and Business users.
• Training and mentoring new team members on testing procedures, test specifications, agile principles, and test methodologies to maximize performance.
• Finding root cause and fixing issues for failed test cases, in collaboration with QA team members.
• End-to-end testing activities for creating/updating test cases, execution of the test cases and Reporting Bugs
• Basic Salesforce Administrator work such as creation of users & profiles, custom objects, custom fields, validation rules and reports and dashboards.
• Use of Data Management tool of importing and exporting of data by using data import wizard and data loader.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Created complete test documentation including test scenarios, test cases and bug reports.
• Closely collaborated with the development team to create test plans for change requests and deferred bugs on applications.
• Provided exploratory testing for the systems using the test charter.
• Tested multiple versions of the build considering different locales and different browsers platforms to ensure the code worked as designed.
• Performed peer review of test deliverables.
• Assisted the test manager in creating test plan and work breakdown structure
• Develop training plans & conducted training sessions for new members in the team.
• Worked as a bridge between client and development team to synchronize change requests.
