Passion for Coffee and Customer Service
I first developed a deep interest in coffee during my first Working Holiday in Melbourne, where I had the opportunity to learn about coffee from professionals. Unfortunately, the pandemic began shortly after, and I returned to Japan. However, my passion for coffee only grew stronger, and I decided to pursue it further. Back in Japan, I continued working in the coffee industry and gained valuable experience.

Now, in my second Working Holiday, I am eager to expand my knowledge of coffee even more, with a strong desire to learn and deepen my understanding of specialty coffee. I am also confident in my customer service skills, as I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, where I worked for many years, delivering exceptional service to customers.
