  • P&L ownership of Credit Union Australia, ASX, Bank of NZ & MLC Life Insurance accounts
  • Built and executed “Go To Market” strategy for the unit to focus on Tier 2/3 BFS accounts, helped winning 4 logos in the 18 months
  • As an additional responsibility, helped setup a presales function for the newly formed unit Provided mentorship to the team and was actively involved in over 77 RFPs across accounts with around 66% success rate in the last 2 yrs

  • Managed both sales and delivery for this account, instrumental in winning 4 RFPs, setting up of offshore delivery centre and a strong delivery team for execution

  • Provided leadership in delivering top quality Service Delivery across all domains in CBA (Payments, Institutional Banking & Markets, HR, Finance, Digital Workplace, Wealth & Retail, Digital Channels, Digital Protection Group (Identity & Access Management) & Infrastructure Services) and Platform ownership of Group Operations IT
  • Grew this account by 40% during my tenure, made in roads into Infrastructure (resulting in addition of 250 FTEs), New Payment Platform (which was handled by HCL), Group security and setup of Flight Deck for the bank
  • Led a consulting assignment to shape up the bank's RUN strategy with the implementation of SIAM and setup of guardrails to de-centralise RUN and merge into different platforms
  • AI Ops strategy for CBA which resulted in onboarding L1 support to TCS across the bank – Streamlining of L15/L2 Ops, automated flight deck etc

  • This was a Delivery role to manage teams across the Digital programs at Westpac for Infosys
  • Provided leadership in delivering key Digital programs in Mortgage, Broker, Distribution & Origination portfolio within Consumer Banking
  • Key Digital programs/projects delivered were Westpac Wonder (Home Loan Self service portal), AML Compliance around customer onboarding, Self service portals for credit card origination and automated credit limit increase, Productivity improvement applications for BDMs
