As an employee for this farm, my ability to handle a wide range of tasks was tested. The general role was to be an extra hand when needed for a variety of tasks. Farm maintenance, consisted of resource collection and depositing, such as firewood, harvesting and pruning. I also operated and maintained gates, fencing, and vehicles for smooth jobs. Furthermore, my main tasks were to assist in the welfare of the livestock and in the creation of a fern garden under the guidance of a horticulturist.

Working for Castle Group I have fulfilled a variety of roles, including problem solving for potential customers, answering questions, and raising money for their foundation. I really enjoyed raising money for the foundation as they support the underprivileged and many other initiatives. Working with Castle Group has given me the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of people from different walks of life and increased my empathy towards others which I've really enjoyed.

For work experience with GJ Upton Building, my role was to partake in construction management. This focused on logistics, site set-up, warehousing, and transport, as well as hands-on safety protocols.
