- Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices and turnover
- Gathering and documenting hiring requirements and other key statistical information
- Assisting HR team with staffing, recruiting and departmental budgets
- Prepare reports of data results such as Dashboards and present findings to senior leadership
- Facilitate implementation of new employee training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives
- Design and manage employee surveys and exit interviews
