To conduct Static and Dynamic Balancing on Klemens Troggler Door

University of Wollongong, Australia

• Utilizing Autodesk Fusion 360, Solidworks, and Adams Software, designed a 4-bar conceptual mechanism for a Klemens Troggler Door by studying and conducting balancing procedures, designing, and simulation on the door.
• By designing and modelling the door with various constraints, we were able to determine whether it is statically or dynamically balanced.
• Improved the linkage diagrams and then built the real working model by resolving the door's movement and adding suitable joints, making it possible to work with the variations.
• Resolved the issue of excessive vibration on the door while it was operating, calculated the needed degree of freedom for the door, accomplished overall balancing, and reported the results
