Total Floors: Basement+ Ground +11 floors (Two Towers) Residential Building of total build area 2,25,000sqft

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execution of RCC works, BBS, plastering and all finishing works.
• Inspected installation of precast structures, underground services, concrete, and earthworks.
• Site supervision for structural and finishing works as per the approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise daily log of construction and inspection activities and compare progress reports, weekly and monthly.
• Verified construction documentation conformed to quality assurance standards and client requirements.
• Estimation of the quantities of various works as per drawing.

PROJECT: PHASE-2 ROYAL OPERA HOUSE, MUSCAT, OMAN

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Designed and oversaw installation of curtain wall, doors, windows, and glazed curtain walls using French based Technal aluminium profile system.
• Devised overall strategy for documentation and identified design sets planned for each stage of work including as-built designs and final design for windows, doors and curtain wall models.
• Performed quality mechanical drawing checks to confirm safe, compliant and cost-effective design criteria.
• Coordinated technicians to verify form, fit and functions during design stage.
• Identified mechanical problems and determined best solutions for correction.
