• Premature babies requiring respiratory support and management of Long-line and TPN.
• Extreme premature babies who continue to require support and who often require Jejunal feeding.
• Babies who have previously had major surgery for GI conditions including NEC and Gastroschisis and Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.
• Complex neurological, liver and metabolic conditions.
• Management of stomas (stoma refeeding), gastrostomies and jejunostomies and care of Replogle Tubes for Tracheoesophageal fistula (TOF).
• Developed skills in working as part of Multi-Disciplinary Team and have developed understanding of Developmental and Palliative care which has increased my confidence in working and communicating with parents.
