• Collaborated with Meta after the store’s Instagram account gained traction, participating in a Meta event to co-create handcrafts with influencers.

• Handled customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Created social media content by photographing toys and blind boxes for Instagram and TikTok.
• Assisted the manager in product display and window arrangement to enhance store presentation.
