Summary

I'm a permanent learner, as shown by the diverse range of roles and responsibilities in my career. Centering on leadership and continuous improvement, I have had the opportunity to design, deliver and evaluate unique and complex programs, training and organisational design projects in L&D, operational delivery, and customer experience areas for a diverse suite of organisations building strong skills in program delivery oversight, coaching, facilitation, legislative policy, legal advice, IT systems, induction processes and more. My success in these has been a primary result of my ability to establish strong networks and partnerships with others on change activities, strategic business planning, train the trainer and targeted workshops relating to building the capability and capacity of existing and potential leaders and driving behavioural change. I have worked with multiple State Government Agencies, Local Councils, QUT, TAFE Qld, WorkCover Queensland, Pantex Roofing, Fliteboard, Sime Darby, Hastings Deering, Furphy Landmark, Isuzu, Airbus Group, Daiso, Queensland Stadiums, Energex and Ergon Energy to name a few. My experiences working with people from various walks of life has enabled me to develop a truly unique set of skills that I enjoy sharing.
