Alternance in one of the biggest french company.

- track ticket sales trends on the SNCF trains. Reporting tendencies to our direction where we explain how we can increase the selling ticket.

- in collaboration with community department, we exchange on different ways of communicating while finding solutions to improve sales

- take part of some meetings to meet new client and expose all our offers to them. Take their information to propose an offer adapted to what they are looking for or put them in touch with people who can meet their needs

In charge of the restaurant part of A Cantina

- customer management, from reception to checkout. I did the service, cleaning, organisation of the tables.

- I was in charge of the till at the end of the shift.

Began as commis and evolve as waitress after one week.

- 5 stars hotel, with the objective to become a palace.

- I was in charge of a part of clients, approximately 30 per shift.
