I have several years of customer service experience accross a range of customer-facing environments. I am a well-organised individual and have a strong ability to multitask priorities with positive attitude. I believe I am ethical and pride myself on 'always doing-the-right-thing'. My experience working in high pressure customer facing roles that can be mentally demanding has really supported and improved my time management skill and to perform well under pressure. During my study and overall completion of my business degree, I have also developed a set of critical thinking skills and maturity to learn.
