Volleyball has always been a sport that I have been passionate about. This sport has taught me many things about sportsmanship and teamwork. As Volleyball requires a lot of effective communication and cooperatively, learning the importance about teamwork makes it easier to achieve this skill in different situations.

I was a State Representative for Volleyball in my school. Me and 12 other students from Year 10-12 played at PCYC Hawkesbury Stadium for Gala Day in 2022. We came second out of the league and couldn't beat the other team who came first, but we eventually came back to 2023 Gala and beat the team who came first last year. Being a state representative for Volleyball gives me motivation to keep going and never give up, plus, a rewarding experience.

In PDHPE, Year 11. We did a First Aid program to receive a certificate of completion. We did a lot of practical situations to get familiar with CPR and First Aid.

We learnt it from scratch, procedure by procedure by having practice every lesson. In this area, I have gained confidence on how to do CPR on an individual with skill and appropriation.
