Started with a team of 2 sales guys and myself. I would go out on the road and bring in my own sales to maintain weekly targets set by the owner. Booked in all of my appointments throughout the day. Advertised internally amongst friends and family to find my "sales gun". Built the team to 7 sales consultants. In that time, I have hired a lead intake specialist, service consultant, production manager and a sales manager for Victoria. Continuously breaking records and over achieving to get us to where we are today. We are now open in Sydney as well as Melbourne and Adelaide. Constantly training and motivating staff to achieve their best. Making sure every consultant hit over 1 million dollars in sales for the financial year.
