Responsibilities:

· Client facing at onsite and to lead a team of 10+ BASIS consultants with different experience level and delegate day to day tasks to meet the business requirements.

· To provide end-to-end support for a complex SAP application landscape with includes SAP suite on Microsoft Azure cloud platform and several SaaS and 3rdparty application integrations.

· To troubleshoot major P1/P2 incidents and manage end user communications. Also to identify the RCA and mitigation plans.

· To support performance issue and provide necessary improvements to system performance.

· To plan and execute the major system upgrades such as S4HANA 2022, FIORI 6.0 releases. To work with cross functional teams to assess the impact of the upgrade, get plans for technical shakedown and performance testing.

· To identify areas for implementing innovation ideas and to identify scope of costs savings

Responsibilities:

· To migrating SAP applications (SAP ECC and BW on HANA and SAP APO on Sybase ASE) from private cloud to Microsoft Azure Cloud.

· To ensure integration with different applications are working fine after the successful migration of SAP applications.

· To enable database backups using Azure recovery services vault in Azure.

· To Perform solution manager specific steps to enable monitoring for the SAP Applications.

Responsibilities:

· To migrate CUA(Central User Administration) configuration from existing SOLMAN 7.1 to GRC 12.

· To configure CUA as new client in GRC system and enable GRC based user provisioning.

Responsibilities:

· To install and upgrade SAP SCM, SAP FES & S4HANA applications on both Standalone and High availability Environments on Azure Cloud.

· To install and upgrade SAP HANA 2.0 with HA & DR setup.

· To setup HA (High Availability) and DR (Disaster Recovery) for HANA Databases and enable HANA System Replication (HSR) hosted on Azure.

· Database Administration such as backup configuration, encryption, tenant creation and deletion, etc., on SAP HANA 2.0 via HANA Cockpit.

· To perform XSA installations in HANA Database on both Standalone and HA setup environments.

· To work with different cross functional teams to setup integration like ARIBA, C4C, OpenText, etc.

· Worked on daily tickets-based queue, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a landscape of 170+ SAP applications.

· Performed upgrades of SAP HANA Databases

· Worked on Client administration tasks such as Client copy, Client deletion and maintaining client settings.

· System monitoring and performance troubleshooting and tuning.

· User and PFCG roles management for internal POCs.

· Support Package upgrades using SUM tool.

· Installation of ERP 6.0 EHP 7 on AWS Cloud with MSSQL as database.

· Worked on SAP S4HANA 1610 system copy on AWS Cloud and upgrading the system to S4HANA 1709.

· Performed homogeneous system copy of different SAP applications.

· Solution manager configurations and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

· To upgrade Solution Manager from 7.1 to 7.2 in a 2-system landscape.

· To perform post upgrade technical configuration and managed system configuration in Solution Manager.

Responsibilities:

· To perform SAP ERP 6.0 & SAP APO DC migrations using Import/Export method.

· Post migrations activities including integration of external third-party tools.

· To perform managed system configurations for the migrated systems to be able to perform end to end monitoring.

· To provide Hypercare support post project Go Live.
