Projects:

• Membership Power BI Report Build for Data and Analytics: This includes combining of different Loyalty program performance in Bunnings (One Pass, Flybuys, Power Pass) in one Membership App
• Campaign Report Build: Campaign reporting is to measure success of Personalised Campaign and helps to gain insight into customer preferences and intent through data, so it helps management to make informative decisions in future.
• Digital Report delivery for Digital stakeholders: Combine multiple data sources (e.g., sales, GA data, etc.) into a single dashboard/location for ease of reporting. It's good to have an alignment with all different teams on the reporting (Digital, Data & Analytics). This will help us in improve overall team performance.
• Category Dashboard: The trade planning dashboard is for the business to understand the attribution to the weekly sales performance by customer type, region and product hierarchy.
• Survey Performance Dashboard Build: Measuring the survey performance on the product we sell in Bunnings and service we provide.
• Gift Cards Reporting Build: As a part of enhancement to the new Gift Card Management system we are introducing. Utilising API's from both the website and in-store, customers will be able to purchase physical and digital gift cards that are Bunnings branded Visa Debit cards with 16 digits PANs and 4 digit Pin secured. The customer can then redeem these cards both online and in-store via the standard checkout processes using EFT pos machines and online checkout. Utilising APIs we will also integrate balance checks of the cards into the Bunnings account for the customer that they can access via the web or product finder app. Utilising API can integrate with 3rd parties. Reduction in manual work for team for activation

Projects:

Customer Data Mart : Provides information around Flybuys members (i.e., customers) for easier use with reporting and analytics. Data marts represent a focused, narrow dataset used for specific types of corporate reporting, and this will be the first data mart within the Flybuys data platform. The expected use includes the construction of a Customer Dashboard by the PMA team and future reporting use to create metrics and insights. Data will be derived through a set of transformations applied within the data warehouse/data mart reporting layers and is expected to be of higher quality than other data sources due to the importance of the reporting work it underpins.

Digital Data Integration (Adobe to Snowflake) : This integration will help Flybuys improve the connection between digital interactions (also known as digital engagement data) and offline transactional data, and assist Flybuys with performance reporting, insights delivery and decision making.

This project is focused on the integration of digital engagement data into Snowflake for use by data analysts and data scientists.

Projects:

• Reece Online Retail: ‘Reece.com.au' is a retail online store where Reece Retail customer can buy their product online. Reece retail online shop as many features and different range of product like bathroom, plumbing irrigation etc. This retail shop has different feature like, user your retail quote to buy products, your Wish-List, My-account, Book an appointment with consultant etc.
• Reece Trade: This is a TRADE online shop which is available for Reece Trade customers (Ex: Builders, Plumbers) Customer should have special trade account to purchase product from this portal.
• Customer-Centric Solution: To increase heat pump sales, discovery work identified customer's found it difficult to work out product rebates. We initially built an Excel-based rebate calculator, but soon needed a more scalable solution. A prototype tested by customers allowed us to iterate and secure legal approval to launch a rebate tool with plans for a full savings calculator.
• Gathered Voice of Customer Insights: Assessed the role of a Moodboard tool in the customer journey to align product strategy goals with customer-centric outcomes. Gathered insights via a Hotjar NPS survey, Adobe Analytics (after addressing tracking gaps), and customer interviews. Findings of reduced visibility informed a product roadmap focused on increasing awareness.

Projects:

• SAP - Supplier Portal Implementation: An SAP Supplier Portal implementation project aims to digitise and streamline supplier collaboration by providing a centralised online platform for suppliers to access information, track purchase orders, and submit documents. This project involves configuring the portal, integrating it with existing SAP systems, and UAT testing with stakeholders. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance transparency in supplier relationships.
• MY API: The goal of this project is to create a platform where the customer can buy the product in bulk from the ‘my pharmacy' portal. This portal is only accessible for the customer who is registered with ‘Price Line Private Portal'

Projects:

• White Pages Mobiles Testing: The goal of this new project is to create a platform where the advertiser gets more value by having flexibility to attach varying types of product content, they would like associated with their White Pages listing and provide the Mobile users to access the advertisers via White Pages Mobiles app. Tested these features on iPhones, Android phones and tablets.
• Digital Revenue (White pages Online): The goal of this new project is to create a platform where the advertiser gets more value by having flexibility to attach varying types of product content, they would like associated with their White Pages listing.
• Whereis Online & Mobile: Single handedly tested the whereis online website enhancement which included new features like Business Profile Page, Location Page, PA listing, suppressed address listing and social media-link etc. Also, assisted in testing the end user report.

Project:

Google Collaboration: Monash University is in the process of moving student and staff mail host services to Google Apps. This provides students and staff with a significant increase in terms of mail quota (40 Mb in the legacy mail system versus 7 GB currently offered by Google) and new and improved functionality (Chat, Docs etc). As part of the migration process, accounts for existing staff are created by Google apps.

• Responsibilities:
• Preparing Detail Test Plans in line with the overall Test Strategy for the Project.
• Performing SIT, E2E and UAT testing.
• Contribute to the project test scheduling and estimation activities.
• Develop detailed test execution schedule for each planned cycle.
• Creation of Test Conditions, Test Cases, and Test Data.

• Assign and manage testing status, and work with the program management team towards the successful delivery of the release.

Projects:

• Credit card evaluator: CCE is an online Banking system which helps the customers to make online transactions. This Banking system contains 2 types of transactions- Bank Transactions and Customer Transactions. The features include accepting applications for Credit Card online, applications for different types of loans, Balance enquiry, Transaction enquiry, Transferring money from one account to another account, etc. The main objective of this application is processing the applications for Credit Cards based on number of parameters like age, income, designation, etc.
• JDE - POS (Point of Sale Development – e Commerce app): POS application was designed for PIZZA - HUT restaurant. This application that work well for restaurant from quick service to fast casual, pizza delivery to fine dining and bars. Restaurants can customize the order of menus to fit their way of doing business and speed up the payment and order entry process. It also includes the inventory management system to help the business and reordering and restocking process. Additionally, reports can be printed in every aspect of the business.

• Customer retail Management System: Popular retail industries retail management is migrated to JDE (ERP) system from MFG/Pro. In this I mainly worked on PROCUREMENT TO PAY, MANIFACTURING, and SALES & DISTRIBUTION module.
• NetFlow Tracker: Net Flow Tracker lets you as network administrator view flow traffic from routers and managed switches on the network. From a web-based interface, it provides a set of dynamic charts and reports to help you understand of network traffic flow data. You can analyze Application and protocol information in depth, including user, server, and applications activity.
• Capital System upgrade: This Project was to upgrade the Bank's Capital mainframe system a solution that handles functions, such as retirement savings, investment, and insurance to UNIX platform. This project also involved upgrading the DB2 management system. By upgrading to new platform helped to streamline the flow of data from Web entry to back-end databases. As a result, updates were made more frequently, eliminating the need to replicate large volumes of data and reducing Web site bottlenecks.
