Manage the Customer’s experience

  • Maintain the highest standard of customer service within every customer interaction in accordance with the Metricon prescribed standards.
  • Present building contract and explain each element to secure customer’s acceptance and signing including present variations to a customer and explain each element to secure customer’s acceptance and minimize disputes.

Pre- construction process

  • Check, review and confirm all contract documentation to ensure it is as requested.
  • Liaise with the Operations Manager to confirm all projects are running on time to produce documentation for customers with contract signing appointments and ACCs.
  • Provide an updated status report for each job and forecasted ACC date during the workflow meeting with Operations Manager
  • Provide updates to customers on the progress of incomplete land subdivision and expected completion date and advise and update on the status of the job.

  • Ensuring All Final/Interim Occupancy Certificate being received and Sent to Client and Construction manager to address the final settlement accurately and efficiently.

  • Follow up with the site managers with the actual handovers to achieve the monthly targets that being set by the management.


Client Liaison


  • Providing guidance to the clients in terms of accessing and uploading the defects module in the digital company portal (via HOUSELAB)
  • Warranty Issues are being escalated to the warranty manager on daily basis.
