I am 22 years old and I am now in the position where I can now search for work. In the last 9 years I have been my mothers main carer, which meant I was never able to seek a job as I was always tending to her needs. Due to this it shows a larger gap between my work experience, I unfortunately lack the work experience other people my age obtain. Although I have definitely acquired many different life skills doing this, such as having my first aid certificate for many consecutive years. I'm ready to get out into the workforce and apply my skills to a company willing to give me a chance to show my impeccable work ethic.
