Processing & assessment of PESA, TESA & TESE samples. Sperm cryopreservation. Maintenance of cryo bank record & LN levels. Media Preparation for routine andrology work. Report preparation: Semen analysis, IUI, PESA/TESE. QA and QC management.

Embryology:

TVOPU (Assessment of follicles, no. of oocytes retrieved, oocyte grading) approx. 15 OPU / day. ICSI (Narishige & RI-Integra). Embryo transfer/ FET. ICSI counseling and patient dealings. Embryo freezing / Embryo thawing. Media preparations / Quality Management. Embryo culturing. Clinical Data Management. Consumable inventory & stock maintenance. Assistance in provide trainings to juniors. Data Management . Laboratory software Genie and 'Baby sentry' data entry / Set SOP's.

Embryology:

TVOPU (Assessment of follicles, no. of oocytes retrieved, oocyte grading) - 5 OPU / day. ICSI (Narishige & RI-Integra). Frozen Embryo transfer. ICSI / PGD counseling and patient dealings. Embryo freezing / Embryo thawing. Media preparations/ Quality Management. Embryo culturing/ Assisted Hatching. Clinical Data Management. Consumable inventory & stock maintenance. Assisted Hatching via Integra Zilos Tk, Saturn and Lycos, Embryo Biopsy D3/ D5 and tubing. Answered inquiries from clients, vendors and Patients through email, calls and in person. Scheduling meetings, documentation, letter writing, report preparations and presentations for consultants. Embryo / Sperm Record Management: Transportation and discarding of Samples / Embryos.

TVOPU (Assessment of follicles, no. of oocytes retrieved, oocyte grading)- 20 OPU/ day. ICSI (Narishige and Olympus)- 6 ICSI/ day. Embryo transfer / FET - 22 / day. ICSI counseling and patient dealings. Embryo freezing / Embryo thawing. Media preparations / Quality Management. Embryo culturing / Assisted Hatching. Clinical Data Management. Consumable inventory & stock maintenance. Assisted Hatching via Integra Zilos Tk, Saturn and Lycos, Embryo Biopsy D3/ D5 and tubing. Embryo grading via Embryoscope. Scheduling meetings, documentation, letter writing, report preparations and presentations for consultants. Assistance in recruiting staff and provide trainings to juniors. Data Management . Laboratory software maintenance / Set SOP’s.

Duties include :

Biochemistry:

Routine biochemistry run and results check for fertility hormones like FS,TSH,LH,PRL,P4,HCG,E2 etc.

Reporting, stocking, QC.

Andrology:

Maintenance of cryo bank record & LN levels. Media Preparation for routine andrology work. Report preparation: Semen analysis, IUI, PESA/TESE Media & consumable inventory & stock maintenance, QA and QC management.

Embryology:

TVOPU (Assessment of follicles, no. of oocytes retrieved, oocyte grading) 5-6 /day. ICSI / IVF(Narishige & RI-Integra) 1-2 eggs / case. Embryo transfer - 5-6. ICSI counseling and patient dealings. Embryo freezing / Embryo thawing minimal. Media preparations/ Quality Management. Embryo culturing/ Assisted Hatching. Assistance in Gender Selection (FISH) Technique. Consumable inventory & stock maintenance. Assistance in recruiting staff and provide trainings to juniors. Data Management /Laboratory software maintenance: Compare different hormonal levels before and after procedure like FSH / TSH, P4 levels etc. Compare shifts workload for IVF departments. Quality check for Andrology consumables between gaps of 12, 24 and 48 hours. Embryo / sperm data management including renewal and discard.

• Successfully froze and thawed embryos using vitrification techniques, preserving their viability for future use.
